US homebuilder sentiment slips in February

Homebuilders have a positive perspective when it comes to this year’s housing market; however, lately the number of buyers in the market has decreased. This doesn’t mean 2016 is doomed; it means home buying in the current market is slow. It could be due to the colder season and it could be because home inventory is low. We are expecting this to change come spring!
