Sehome is a neighborhood just south of downtown Bellingham, WA, and just north of Western Washington University. This makes Sehome an up-and-coming neighborhood with a lot to offer anyone who chooses to make this their home.
Situated partly in the middle of town and with its south end hugging Sehome Hill Park, it’s a perfect place for anyone who wants to mix outdoor lifestyles with city pleasures. This, combine with unique businesses like the Community Food Co-op Café and Interstate 5 right on its southwestern end, make Sehome an ideal choice for many new residents.
There are plenty of Houses and Condos for sale in this neighborhood, with most condos having one or two bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms. Homes tend to have two-four bedrooms and usually two bathrooms. Schools like Bellingham High are perfect to send your kids to, and all around the city, there are great options for outdoor recreation year round. It’s also close enough that you can take a day trip to cities like Seattle, Vancouver, and Victoria to see all that they can give.
